Our objective is to simplify the application procedure and instruct the students step-by-step so they can submit their applications without any confusion.

To deliver our services, we need to collect the necessary information. For this purpose, a Google Form is available on this page below. You are requested to fill in exact details related to your application, such as personal information, academic records, and required documents.
In case additional data or confirmation is needed, we may contact you personally through WhatsApp or email to request the essential details. This is performed only to make sure that your application is completed correctly and without errors.
Our Services (What We Do)
We assist students in filling out application forms for universities’/colleges’ admissions, jobs, and scholarships. Reviewing and organizing your necessary documents, guiding you through the application procedure, and providing basic guidance and instructions to prevent common mistakes.

Service Charges
Our service charges may vary based on the type of application. All charges will be transparently communicated to you before beginning the process. The charges for normal application are PKR 500 (negotiable).
Our service charges are based on the time and effort we invest in carefully preparing and submitting your application to maintain accuracy and avoid errors.
Payment Procedure
For your convenience, the payment procedure is as follows:
- You must fill out the given Google Form with accurate information
- After collecting your information, we will start the application process.
- Before submitting your application, we will share it with you for proofreading and final confirmation.
- After you have to pay the service charges and share the receipt as proof.
- Once payment is confirmed, we will submit your application.
Data Security
We value your privacy and take appropriate steps to keep your personal information safe. Your data is only used for the purpose of completing and fulfilling your application and is not shared with any unauthorized third party.
Service Limitations
Learnzeo only provides assistance in the application process. We do not give any guarantee for admission to any university, job selection, or scholarship approval.
Final decisions of selections will only be made by the respective official institutions and organizations.
Processing Time
Applications are usually fulfilled within a reasonable time after receiving complete information, normally in 24 to 72 hours. However, completion time may vary depending on the type of application and deadlines.
User Responsibility
We request you to provide the accurate and complete information, submit required documents, and verify your application within time.
Learnzeo will not be liable for any issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments will be made after verification of information by you and before the final submission. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to stop the application process
If an application is not submitted due to delay or technical issues from Learnzeo’s side, the full payment will be refunded.
Otherwise, payments are non-refundable
